Class Cancellation Policy:
The student is confirmed for a seat in the indicated class and
city once a credit card registration is submitted and approved.
The student has the right to cancel their registration (tuition)
at anytime prior to 10 days before the first day of classes.
Cancellations 10 days or sooner than the start date can incur a
25% penalty deducted from the tuition refund.
Students registered for a class but who do not show up on the
date of the session are considered "No Shows" and can be charged
a full price penalty. Classes being offered and their dates are
subject to change. All classes offered are Show Training
curriculums and teachers unless other wise noted.
Any refunds due will be paid in the form of a Show Training
Network company check and will be promptly mailed out in normal
class mail with in 2 business days of the cancellation request.
There will be additional fees for any unwarranted credit card
charge backs. Refunds due because of class cancellation may not
be mailed until after the class dates have expired.
All classes will have a set minimum attendance. The Show
Training Network reserves the right to cancel any class that
does not meet the minimum requirements. Once these requirements
are met, all students who are registered for a class will be
notified and their form of payment will be charged. The Show
Training Network, Inc. is never responsible for travel
arrangements or other expenses incurred because of our classes.
Even if STN has to cancel a class due to any circumstances, STN
is not responsible for loss of any kind.
Privacy Policy:
For each visitor to the STN website, whether a registered user
or non-registered user, our web server automatically attempts to
recognize the visitor's domain name. In addition to the
visitor's domain name, we also collect aggregate information on
what pages visitors access. From time to time we may also
collect information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey
information or contest entries as well as registration
information. In addition, a "cookie" will be placed on your
computer avoiding the need for a registered user to log in each
time he or she accesses the site.
The general background information we collect on our web
registrants at the time they register may be used to notify them
of changes or updates to our website, or to ascertain the
demographics of our readership, but it is not shared with other
organizations for commercial purposes. Additionally, if at any
time you decide you do not want to receive e-mail and/or snail
mail from us, simply let us know by sending an e-mail or snail
mail message to the appropriate address given above. Please
state in your message that you do not want to receive e-mail
and/or snail mail from our company.
In the future, we may decide to make the e-mail addresses of
those who subscribe our site available to other reputable
organizations whose products or services we think would be
appropriate or interesting. If you do not want us to share your
e-mail address with other companies or organizations, please let
us know by sending e-mail or snail mail to us at the addresses
given above. Please state in your message that you do not want
us to share your e-mail address with other companies.
Website subscribers who supply us with their postal address
online you may receive periodic mailings from us with
information on new products and services or upcoming events. If
you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by
sending an e-mail or snail mail message to us at the appropriate

Persons who supply us with their telephone or fax numbers online
may receive telephone contact from us. Any such call will
probably concern orders they have placed online or questions
they have about our firm's products and services. We will not
share telephone or fax numbers with other organizations.
